Lalit is the Founding Director of Himalaya Yoga Valley and leads all 200 & 300 hour Teacher Training Programs at the school. Lalit began studying at traditional Indian yoga schools known as Gurukulams at the age of 7 and he is honoured to have studied yoga under some of the most well-known and respected yoga Masters in India.
Adam has been teaching massage courses and anatomy for yoga teacher trainees for eight years around the world and has been practising massage for over 14. He is a Structural Bodyworker trained with Anatomy Trains and has also studied Ayurvedic Yoga Massage and Thai Bodywork. Adam specialises in body reading, therapeutic bodywork and myofascial release. Structural Awareness Technique is the culmination of years of study and enthusiasm.
Viriam has been teaching Yoga, Meditation and Awareness Practices for over 15 years and is a Senior Teacher registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals. She has been sharing philosophy on the Himalaya Yoga Valley teacher training for 8 years. She trained in Kundalini Yoga and Meditation in 2003 and has since studied Yoga Philosophy, Yoga Nidra, Mindfulness, Dance and Movement Meditation and Biodynamic Breath Bodywork.
Mandeep was born in Punjab and grew up in the northern Indian town of Dharamsala, nestling on the foothills of The Himalayas. She joined Himalaya Yoga Valley as Yoga teacher in March 2018 and she specialises in teaching Pranayama, Chanting, Kriyas and Yoga Nidra.
Maeve has been teaching meditation and mindfulness for over 10 years, and during her time as a Meditation Teacher on Himalaya Yoga Valley's yoga Teacher Traning programme has taught thousands of students from all over the globe. Maeve is a 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher and is passionate about sharing the transformative powers of traditional yoga meditation and mindfulness with the world.
Tony has been teaching yoga for 14 years and has been training yoga teachers with Himalaya Yoga Valley for the last decade. Passionate about yoga as a therapy, Tony specialises in yoga sequencing as well as restorative and traditional hatha yoga.
